Pumpkin Waffles!
Today I am sharing with you a really easy and tasty pumpkin mix. It’s from Trader Joe’s.
Picutred below:
Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle Mix.
For the Waffles all you need is: the 1cup mix, 1 egg, 3/4 cup water, and 2 tablespoons butter. Mix together, then let the waffle maker do all the work!
Mix and my waffle maker |
My waffle maker makes heart shaped waffles. Heart shaped waffles are traditionally Scandinavian (and also from a region in Germany, called Bergische Waffels). They are a little thinner than American waffles and much thinner than the Belgian waffle.

So mix up the waffle mix, put it in the maker, a few minutes later. VOILA!
Pumpkin waffle with syrup and my homemade pumpkin spice latte! |
As much as I love my waffle maker, I also HIGHLY recommend this All-Clad Belgian waffle maker. My parents have it and it makes THE BEST Belgian waffles! It does come with a big price tag BUT they go on sale between Thanksgiving and Christmas at both Macy’s and Williams-Sonoma! This one below makes only 2 at a time, but there is one that can make 4.
