I updated my pumpkin spice latte recipe. I posted one last year, but after some trials through the season I’ve altered it. I can’t keep going to Starbucks (I said that last year too!).

Copycat Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fat free milk
- 3/4 tablespoon canned pumpkin
- 1-2 packet of sweetener or sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or 1/2 tsp for a spicier drink)
- 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee (or 1 nespresso pod, either lungo or regular)
- Whipped cream, optional
Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together milk, pumpkin, and sugar/sweetener on medium heat.
- Once steaming, mix in vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk quickly so it develops a nice foam.
- Add to brewed coffee.
- Add whipped cream to the top (optional), with a dash of pumpkin pie spice.
I estimate the calories to be around 60-70 with this cup of pumpkin spice latte!

I really want to try this. I have heard lots about pumpkin lattes and have even tasted one my hubby got, and it was awesome, but I can only drink Decaf coffee and I have never found any place that makes them with Decaf, so now I can do it myself. Thanks for sharing this……….
I am excited………..
Blessings, Nellie
I would love to try this! My son works at Starbucks, so I should let him taste test it:)
Love this recipe! Thanks for sharing it. My husband will want me to give this a try. 🙂
This sounds so yummy! I've been using World Market Pumpkin Spice coffee in my Keurig, and that tastes pretty good. I also have some zero calorie Pumpkin Spice Coffee Syrup that really enhances the pumpkin in the coffee. I know that it would be even better if I used some real pumpkin. Thanks so much for sharing and for including the calorie count.
I'm thrilled you stopped by and shared at Foodie Fridays. It was fun to share. I am looking forward to seeing what fabulous post you have to share this week. Party starts Thursday at 9 pm EST. Hope to see you there.
Blessings,
Shari
