On the Web
This week was the Met Gala. Here are my favorite looks, but you can see a lot more here!

This past weekend I bought… a new lunch box! Hooray! I purchased this lunch box (below). If you click on the link there are *tons* of different color patterns!
I actually purchased it in the blue and white color pattern below. My husband actually has this lunchbox below and loves it. (He has it in a different color). If you click on the link there are also *tons* of color patterns!
I like my new lunch box because it’s a little bigger than my old one and it can carry comfortably a yogurt, a diet coke, and my bento box. I LOVE the bento box, it is wonderful. I usually put salad on the one side and the salad toppings in a little compartment, see below. I use these little dippers to hold extra toppings, and then these mini salad dressing cups for the salad dressing. I then make a bunch of salads at once – healthy lunch for the week!
Personal
So I’m really excited because I have new FACEBOOK PAGE for the blog!!! You guys asked for it so I came up with one! I do hope you’ll “Like” my page! I am a little bit upset with Instagram’s new feed as I used to have a lot of engagement and now I see a big drop… so hope this will make up for it!
From the Blog
Yes, I know Cinco de Mayo was yesterday, but a know a lot of people celebrate it during the weekend. Here are my favorite Cinco de Mayo Recipes straight from the blog!
My favorite dish here is this Mexican Street Corn. It’s really easy to make!
These Black Bean Sweet Potato bites are very tasty and a healthier alternative to tortilla chips..
You could make these Black Bean, Potato, and Cheese Pupusas for a main course or appetizers
This Mexican corn with serrano crema is delicious! Recipe: Mexican Style Corn with Serrano Crema

The IGer of the week is Avenue des Reveries. She is a fashion student in Paris and takes the prettiest photos. I especially love the one from May Day… with the Lily of the Valley and the macarons. Did you know that Laduree makes a lily of the valley macaron? Well, they do. And… it’s good! If you’re wondering what app reader I’m using, it’s called Retro for Instagram and its for the iPad. The IG app itself is not very good for the iPad so I just switched to this new reader this week. I really like it! (I was not paid to say that!)
