My true love gave to me….
A partridge tureen. He (she?) may not be sitting in a pear tree, but this antique partridge tureen circa 1758-1762 is sure to please you!
I thought I’d have a little fun this year and share my version of the gifts from the 12 Days of Christmas! Stay tuned as every day up through Christmas I will have a post!
Some days there will be multiple posts – the regular content and then the 12 Day of Christmas!

Wow! This is truly a magnificent dish to grace your Christmas table. It really is unique. Imagine receiving one of those wonderful gifts each day from your ‘loved’ one. I cannot wait to see all of the items. Oh happy day…..

Elize, Hey, a girl can dream, right??
Angelina, my husband said I was born in the wrong era! My son says I would have been suited as a Merchant’s wife! Somebody else said I have expensive taste! I just love quality things, and beautiful handcrafted goods, nothing wrong with that, I stand amazed at the talents some people have been given, the arts and crafts. So far, the Partridge tureen has stolen my heart at almost 4,000 British Pounds yes thank you…. well, in my dreams! I am so enjoying your post, it is really lovely. A very good Festive Season to you and the family. God bless. Au revoir.
A beautiful vintage dish.
