Fall is slowly starting to arrive in some parts of the country. While it’s not occurring in my area, it doesn’t mean I can’t try to summon it with interior Fall decor!
I love mixing my antique finds and new pieces, which in this case are the velvet pumpkins! I was inspired by the orange majolica plate on the mantel for this vignette.
I also found these tole candlesticks at Anthropologie this Spring. They sold out quickly.
New this year are some plum courtly check pumpkins for Fall! I’m going to use them for Halloween this year too!
shop the photo above by clicking here. I love the new plum color!!!
The shades of these hydrangeas inspired me to use the velvet pumpkins well.
The woven vase above is McGee and company. Neiman Marcus has some velvet pumpkins here in my photo.
I’m inspired by the antique painting of this little girl and her green velvet dress. The green velvet pumpkins coordinate with this. The antique French mantel clock and candlesticks also add a nice patina to the whole vignette. Confession…the clock is broken! Who cares, it looks pretty.
I don’t post as much as I used to, but thanks for following along! I’ll post a few things between now and Christmas, so be sure to check back!
