Welcome to my French Farmhouse Easter Tour!! If you are coming over from Decor to Adore, welcome! I know you were inspired by all of her beautiful Spring ideas!
Also a big thank you for Amber at Follow the Yellow Brick Home for organizing the tour!
Recently found this vintage pitcher at a flea market and fell in love with the blue. When I saw these ranunculus at the flower market I knew they would look fabulous here!
I have some vintage style paper mache Easter eggs surrounding the pitcher and vintage hankies below to catch drips!
Someday I hope to have my own farm fresh eggs in this egg tree! For now the colorful marble eggs will do!
A look across the main living room. The room is filled with the scent from the queen of flowers in Provence gardens, the rose geranium, with its citrus-scented leaf.
The Easter animals have marched their way onto the mantel.
An Easter garland with hidden Easter eggs hides behind the miniature Steiff animals.
Circling back to the entryway, these rabbits are here to greet you!
I got carried away with ranunculus – one of my top three favorite flowers. These ones match the carrots!
Ah, more ranunculus! These are getting ready to go into a vase. But they are so picture-perfect on the farmhouse sink I had to take a picture!
The flowers have jumped into the vase and met some bunnies who hopped onto the island! The little chicks are actually ornaments but they are so perfect for Easter I use them during this time of the year instead. Many cute Easter items can be found in the Christmas section – also great if you look at after-Christmas sales!
Easter eggs are now perched high up on the mantel hood.
I saw this cute little rabbit pulling the egg carriage this year and knew he’d have to come home with me. I adore the little egg carriage filled with candies!
Onto the baking side of the kitchen – of course Easter chocolates are over here. Some of the chocolates are real and some are faux – can you spot the difference?
Also, can you believe some of these pictures I shot with my new iPhone??
These bunnies are in the dining room. You can see my Easter Bunny Table here and an Easter dessert so stay tuned!

Ok I am back to drool over each and every amazing photo! Your house is a dream come true and you have quickly turned it into a welcoming home. Using bright orange flowers for spring is not something I ever would have considered, but it is perfect with bunny and carrot themes. Last year I fell hard for ranunculus and I am looking forward to filling my home with them for spring and summer. I saw the sweet little chocolate chick at Home Goods and was smitten, so I know it is real, but some of the others I am not so sure about. This was one of those tours that make my heart smile! Thanks for sharing friend, I am looking forward to seeing more “Vintage Joys of Easter” later this month!

Amber, thank you! Matching the orange flowers to the carrots was simply an accident – I had set them on the shelf for a second to put them elsewhere, and oh! They looked good! Thank you for organizing this hop!!
Fun to see a tour of your beautiful home. The bunnies add a touch of holiday whimsy. Perfect!
