Every time I post a tree I feel like I say the same thing… now THIS is my favorite tree! This tree I put on the middle of my kitchen island this year so we could get a full 360 view of it!

How did you plug it in, you might ask? Well, the runner serves a purpose… it hides the cord!

This tree MAY be my favorite tree to look for ornaments for! They are all so fun and whimsical. Where do I get my ornaments? I will browse ANY store that sells ornaments… you’ll be surprised… a little cupcake here, a piece of pie there…

This year I did not do a ton of browsing for ornaments (or really anything!) to be honest. I searched out Hobby Lobby and Roger’s Gardens in October. That’s it.

That’s okay… there’s always next year!

So, so pretty! I have a woodland tree in my kitchen. It has pine cones, owls, skates, mittens, etc on it. Merry Christmas and many blessings.

Love your “sweets tree”! I have a gingerbread decorated tree in our kitchen that also has desserts and vintage (1940’s) kitchen appliances w/ food that I really enjoy –perhaps because it brings out the kid in me w/ all the yummies & whimsical feel. I had so much fun seeking out decorations for this tree and the rest of the similar decorations for the kitchen. Since our kitchens are the heart of our homes, it’s always fun to decorate a room we’re in so much of the day. May you have a lovely Christmas and a far better New Year than 2020!

The gingerbread tree sounds really nice! I think the sweets tree does bring out the kid in me too! I think decorating the kitchen for Christmas is a must given how much time we spend in them! Merry Christmas to you!

Cutest tree! I gave my niece a small tree with gingerbread theme ornaments. It looks so cute in her kitchen.
Today, I was at Hobby Lobby for something else, and I looked at the ornament isle. Your tree came to mind, and I ended up taking home a dozen cute little sweet treat ornaments. They look like mini cakes. I took off the hangers, and have them on the tiered sweets tray. Thanks for the inspiration!

Very clever to put the sweets ornaments on a tiered tray… just like the real deal! I have picked up quite a few at Hobby Lobby over the past several years! Glad to have inspired you!
