You know what I love about Valentine’s Day (besides my Valentine)?? All of the pretty pinks!

This week I shared my Valentine’s Day Tea Party and you can link up your Valentine’s decor posts there.

This week I was totally inspired by Penny’s Vintage Home. She did a makeover of her bathroom in a farmhouse style and I just had to include the picture with all of the cute cows! I am a sucker for cow paintings.

If you don’t have a Valentine’s Day treat to make, I think these Filo Cherry Blossoms from All That’s Jas looks amazing – and it does not seem difficult to make despite looking fabulous!

I’ve been so busy that I even forgot to write my weekly design inspiration post this week, so I am happy I finally had some time to sit down and visit some of your posts from the party this week.  I hope to visit more next week – just been so busy!! Let’s get started for the link party!

Happy New Year, party people!

I confess, I do not love the month of January.  It makes me feel depressed. I think there’s a term for that – the Winter blues.  Living in California has helped with the Winter blues… the rest of the country is below freezing and it is 50 and 60 degrees here.  Literally pay through the nose to live in this state, but it is worth it to me so I can enjoy the nice Winter weather.

Regardless, I think after all the whimsy and fantasy of my Christmas decorating, when I put it away everything seems so bare!  I’ll eventually plan to showcase some parts of my house, but I just haven’t felt up to it! It seems to empty now that Christmas is almost removed!

Alright, enough of my babbling. Let’s cheer up with thoughts towards beautiful Spring flowers and get onto the party!
